Projects
Each job starts with a problem on the property — a yard that was not usable, a house that needed a better exterior, land that needed a first house. The project is how we solved it.

Current · Custom Building
Barndominium — In Progress
Kane County, UT
The project started with a rural building site that needed to be planned, laid out, and prepared for a new barndominium. Before vertical construction could begin, the site, access, grading, and foundation work all had to be coordinated around the final building plan.

Featured · Siding
Iron Town Siding
Iron Town, UT
The home had older pressed-board siding with swelling, rot, buckling, and other weather-related damage. A rear carport had also been framed in to create additional family living space, leaving the original home and new addition in need of a complete exterior finish.

Featured · Deck
Multi-Level Composite Deck & Concrete Landing
Cedar City, UT
The project called for a multi-level deck tied into the existing porch and surrounding grade. Once we laid out the pier locations and checked the elevations on site, we found that the upper section would work better with a different approach.

Concrete Drive
Shop & RV Bay Concrete Drive
Cedar City, UT
The homeowner needed a durable concrete drive in front of a backyard shop and garage with an RV bay. The area was gravel, and the new concrete needed to handle both everyday vehicle traffic and the heavier loads and turning movement from trucks, trailers, and the RV side of the building.

Door Install
Custom Dutch Door Installation
Iron County, UT
The homeowner purchased a pair of Dutch door slabs online expecting a complete door unit, but they arrived as just the two door slabs with no frame, jamb, or hardware setup. The opening also needed a door built to fit the existing house rather than a standard pre-hung unit.

Concrete Pad
Conex ADU Concrete Pad
Cedar City, UT
The property needed a solid, level foundation for a Conex ADU unit. Because the finished structure would rely on the slab for support, the pad needed to be properly prepared and reinforced before the unit could be set in place.

Concrete Pad
Livestock Water Tank Concrete Floor
Washington County, UT
A new livestock water storage tank needed a durable concrete floor, but the remote BLM location made access and placement more difficult than a typical slab pour.

Door Replacement
Exterior Door Replacement
Cedar City, UT
The existing exterior door was worn and needed to be replaced with a more durable, weather-tight unit that would fit the existing opening and finish cleanly against the exterior of the home.

Finish Trim
ADU Finish Carpentry
Cedar City, UT
The ADU was ready for interior finish work and needed the trim, shelving, and closet storage completed so the space could be finished and ready to use.

Foundation
Foundation Window Well Replacement
Cedar City, UT
Two existing window wells were rusting and sat too low for the new concrete landing elevation. They needed to be replaced and raised before the surrounding work could be completed.

Planning
Complex Building Layout
Cedar City, UT
The building had several uncommon angles and a layout that needed to be established accurately before excavation and concrete work could move forward.
