The problem
The property needed a solid, level foundation for a Conex ADU unit. Because the finished structure would rely on the slab for support, the pad needed to be properly prepared and reinforced before the unit could be set in place.
What we did
We built and compacted the pad, installed #3 rebar for reinforcement, and poured the slab using medium-fiber concrete to help improve strength and reduce cracking. The work was planned and completed quickly so the site was ready for the ADU unit without unnecessary delay.
The job
This project was about getting the foundation right from the start. We prepared the site, reinforced the slab, and poured a durable concrete pad sized for the Conex ADU so the unit would have a stable base and the project could keep moving.
