Foundation
Foundation Window Well Replacement
Cedar City, UT
The problem
Two existing window wells were rusting and sat too low for the new concrete landing elevation. They needed to be replaced and raised before the surrounding work could be completed.
What we did
We excavated around the existing wells, removed the old rusted units, and installed new window wells at the correct height for the new landing. Each well was secured to the foundation and sealed carefully to help keep water and debris from working behind the installation.
The job
This was a small but important part of the larger exterior work. Replacing and raising the window wells allowed the new concrete landing to be built at the proper elevation while giving the basement windows a cleaner, more durable installation.
