The problem
The project started with a rural building site that needed to be planned, laid out, and prepared for a new barndominium. Before vertical construction could begin, the site, access, grading, and foundation work all had to be coordinated around the final building plan.
What we did
We prepared the building plans, laid out the project, and moved into site preparation and dirt work. We are now completing the grading and excavation and beginning the foundation phase so the building can move into structural construction.
The job
This is an active project that shows the full process from planning into construction. Rollins Built handled the plans and early site work and is now moving through the foundation phase as the barndominium begins to take shape.
