Deck, siding, and concrete are often one job

A deck does not sit by itself. It ties into the siding, the grade, and often a pad or walk.
When those pieces go to three different people, the joints are where the job gets sloppy: flashing, drainage, height, and who owns the last two feet of work.
We take that outside work as one job when it belongs together. Not because a list looks bigger. Because the house and the yard have to work as one thing when you are done.
If you only need one piece, say that. If the deck, the siding, and the concrete all need to happen, send photos of all three.
