What to send when you ask for a bid

If you want a bid, send what you already know.

The address or city. What you want built or fixed. A few photos of the house, the yard, or the lot. If you have plans, send those too.

That is enough to start. We do not need a novel. We need to see the property and know what you are trying to do.

If it looks like a job we should take, we will say so and tell you what comes next. If it does not, we will say that too. Either way, the short note is the right first step.
